Need to make a return? Just follow these easy steps.

We want you to love your clothes. If any of your items don’t work out, we’re happy to issue you a credit to use on a future purchase in your local Mainstream Boutique store or here at mainstreamboutique.com. Just mail any unworn, unwashed items (with tags on!) back to us within 15 days of the date of purchase following these simple steps:

  Visit our returns page and enter your email to start your return.

  Repackage the item(s) using the original packaging. Remove any original shipping labels.

  Affix the prepaid return label and take to USPS.

  We'll let you know when we receive your return and issue you a credit (it can take 5-7 business days for your return to be processed).

How are you keeping your stores safe for customers during COVID-19?

The health and safety of our customers and our stylists is a top priority for us. We are following CDC guidelines for cleaning and sanitation in our stores, and our individual store locations are complying with their local and state mandates regarding health and safety, including mandates for face coverings in retail locations where applicable.

How do I find a store near me?

How do I check the status of my order?

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which can be used to check the shipping status of your order.

Can you ship to countries outside of the United States?

We hope to one day but, right now, we only ship within the 48 contiguous United States. We charge a flat shipping fee of $7.95 for any package.

Can you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

At this time, we are unable to offer shipping to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

How do I return an item?

Unwashed, unworn merchandise (with tags attached) received within 15 days of purchase can be returned for a credit in the form of an e-gift card that can be used in your local store or on mainstreamboutique.com. We know you’ll find a new item you’ll love – check our stores for weekly new arrivals!

Visit mainstreamboutique.com/returns to start your return. A pre-paid return label will be provided.

Secure your item(s) in the original packaging with the original packing slip enclosed. Affix the return label and take it to your local USPS for return shipping.

Once we receive your return, we will send you an email confirmation. Please allow up to seven business days for the e-gift card to be processed and sent to your email address.

Can I return an item for a refund?

Do you offer sizing and product selection assistance?

Can I purchase a gift card on mainstreamboutique.com?

Yes! We offer e-gift cards or physical gift cards that can be sent to the recipient you choose. Visit our Gift Cards page for more information.

Can I use a gift card for purchases made on mainstreamboutique.com?

Yes! Gift cards can be redeemed at checkout on our website. Just enter the gift card number from the back of the card into the gift card payment box. If you have an e-gift card, enter the number from the email you received.

If you have one of our purple Mainstream Boutique gift cards, send an email to support@mainstreamboutique.com and we will be happy to transfer the funds into a form of payment that can be redeemed on the website.

I have a rewards earned at a Mainstream Boutique store in my area. Can I apply them to my purchase on mainstreamboutique.com?

Thank you for being part of our rewards program! Mainstream Boutique rewards are earned on purchases made in your local store and when you select a store at checkout online at shopmainstreamboutique.com. Because rewards are designated to a specific store, we ask that you redeem them for purchases you make in that store or from that store’s Facebook live.

Can I use a credit from my local store to make a purchase on mainstreamboutique.com?

Credits from purchases and returns made in your local Mainstream Boutique store can be used in that store. E-gift cards from returns of items purchased on mainstreamboutique.com can be used for purchases on our website or in one of our stores.

I have a coupon for a discount from my local Mainstream Boutique. Can I use it on mainstreamboutique.com?

Each Mainstream Boutique is independently owned and operated, so pricing and discount offers are unique to every store. Store discount coupons are not applicable to purchases made on mainstreamboutique.com unless the exception is specifically stated on the coupon.

That’s a great question! Each of our retail stores is independently owned and operated, which means that each Mainstream Boutique is slightly different. Our shopmainstreamboutique.com website features its own slightly unique assortment from a selection of the brands you are most likely to see in every store.
